MLS Citation Policy In April 2006, California Real Estate Technology Services (CARETS) began development of an aggregated database of Southern California listings. The intent was to create a standardized data definition for listings, ONE set of MLS Rules and Regulations, and ONE set of Data Integrity Standards for its MLSs (CLAW, CrisNet, iTech, SoCal MLS and MRMLS) to use.
