Reciprocating to CLAW CLAW - Los Angeles Westside Combined MLS
Serves the Greater Los Angeles Metro areas including the Westside, Beverly Hills, Southwest L.A. and Malibu with over 16,000 real estate agents.
To Access the CLAW Database
  1. Your broker may obtain a pass code.

    Check with your broker to determine if he/she already has a pass code. Have your broker sign your completed application and submit to Tri-Counties via fax at 909-594-7156. Allow 48 hours for processing. CLAW will issue the pass code to the broker.

    Or

  2. Going through the MLS Alliance by following these steps:'

    • Going to sca.mlsalliance.com
    • Click on Southern California Login.
    • Click on Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc.
    • Enter YOUR Public and YOUR Private ID and click on Login.
Reciprocal Listings
Tri –Counties will input your listing directly into the CLAW database.

Begin the process today!

Instructions:

Step 2: Complete the Credit Card Authorization Form.

Step 3: Fax both completed forms to Tri-Counties at 909-594-7156.

You may also request that Trico fax or email you the required Listing Input/Credit Authorization Forms!

Listing Changes
To submit a change to a listing that you have reciprocated to CLAW:

Step 1: Download the Pending Sold Report Form or MLS Change Form.

Step 2: Fax the completed Listing Change Form to Tri-Counties at 909-594-7156.

Please allow 24-48 hrs for processing.

Fees
Input fee: $25 (Includes one photo)

Tri-Counties staff will input your listing into the reciprocal database.

Additional photos: $5 (per photo)

Please select one of the following options on the Credit Card Authorization Form:

  1. Email your photo to tricophotos@rpartner.net. (.jpg format only!)

    Or

  2. Copy your MRMLS listing photo and use it for the CLAW listing.

    Or

  3. Submit the photo via CD, floppy or hard copy.

Supra Key Information
Steps must be completed prior to programming the Lockbox.

Access the Supra System in CLAW

  1. Determine if your Supra Key has the CD59 required system code.

    Call Supra Support at 877.699.6787

    Or

    Come into the Tri-Counties office for Supra Support
    Tri-Counties Association staff cannot access this information via the telephone.
    Only Supra can do this if the member calls them directly.

    Or

    Come into the Tri Counties office to have Supra Key programming read
    If you're key does not have the CD59 system code you need to come into Tri-Counties AOR for programming.

  2. Download, print, and fax the completed Supra Application form to Tri-Counties at 909-594-7156. A $20.00 one time fee is required, please include credit card information on application.

    *Please allow up to 48 hours processing time.

Supra Lockbox Information
If you want to place a lockbox that you purchased from Tri-Counties on your CLAW listing, you will need to follow two steps.

  1. Bring your Lockbox to Tri-Counties to be deprogrammed.
  2. Then, take the Lockbox to CLAW to be re-programmed with the CD59 code.
Other important things to know…

You must confirm that your Key is activated in CLAW before you program your Lockbox.

When you want to use that Lockbox in MRMLS again, you will need to do the reverse of the above Lockbox procedure.

As an alternative, you may purchase a combination or push-button lockbox through our Online Store.
