Reciprocating to DAMLS DAMLS - California / Palm Springs
Serving the Desert Area Association of Realtors ® and the Palm Springs Association of Realtors® with a combined total of over 5,000 agents. The Desert area of Southern California includes but not limited to; Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, Indio and the Coachella Valley.
To Access the DAMLS Database
  • Login to www.mrmlsmatrix.com/Matrix/login
  • Click on the “Help” Tab
  • Click on the link labeled "MLS Reciprocal Passwords"
  • Scroll down the page to find the heading "Desert Area MLS". You will see the website address and current monthly password. Please be aware that these passwords change every month automatically.
*DAMLS information does not appear on the MLS Alliance*

Instructions:

Step 2: Complete the Credit Card Authorization Form

Step 3: Fax both completed forms to Tri-Counties at 909-594-7156.

You may also request that Tri-Counties fax or email you the required Listing Input/Credit Authorization Forms!

Listing Changes
To submit a change to a listing that you have reciprocated to DAMLS:

Step 1: Download the Pending Sold Report Form or MLS Change Form.

Step 2: Fax the completed Listing Change Form to Tri-Counties at 909-594-7156.

Please allow 24-48 hrs for processing.

Fees
Input fee: $25 (Includes one photo)

Tri-Counties staff will input your listing into the reciprocal database.

Additional photos: $5 (per photo)

Please select one of the following options on the Credit Card Authorization Form:

  1. Email your photo to tricophotos@rpartner.net. (.jpg format only!)

    Or

  2. Copy your MRMLS listing photo and use it for the DAMLS listing.

    Or

  3. Submit the photo via CD, floppy or hard copy.

Supra Key Information
Steps must be completed prior to programming the Lockbox.

Access the Supra System in DAMLS

  1. Determine if your Supra Key has the CD62 required system code.

    Call Supra Support at 877.699.6787

    Or

    Come into the Tri-Counties office to have Supra Key programming read:
    Tri-Counties Association staff cannot access this information via the telephone.
    Only Supra can do this if the member calls them directly.

    Or

    Come into the Tri-Counties office to have Supra Key programming read:
    If your key does not have the CD62 system code you need to come into Tri-Counties AOR for programming.

  2. Download and print the application.

    Take the completed Supra Application form to the California Desert Association of Realtors along with a Letter of Good standing from the Tri-Counties Association. You may obtain this letter by calling 909-594-5992. A $75.00 yearly fee is required by California Desert Association (Cash, Visa, or Master Card, no personal checks). California Desert is located at 44475 Monterey Ave. Palm Desert, CA 92260. Phone number (760) 346-5637

Supra Lockbox Information
If you want to place a lockbox that you purchased from Tri-Counties on your DAMLS listing, you will need to follow two steps.

  1. Bring your Lockbox to Tri-Counties to be deprogrammed.
  2. Then, take the Lockbox to California Desert to be re-programmed with the CD62 code.
Other important things to know…

You must confirm that your Key is activated in DAMLS before you program your Lockbox.

When you want to use that Lockbox in MRMLS again, you will need to do the reverse of the above Lockbox procedure.

As an alternative, you may purchase a combination or push-button lockbox through our Online Store.
