The SoCalMLS combines the data from Pacific West Association of Realtors®, Downey Association of Realtors®, Newport Association of Realtors® Laguna Board of Realtors ®, Orange County Association of Realtors®, Rancho –Southeast Association of Realtors®, Southland Regional Association of Realtors®, Burbank Association of Realtors® and the Hemet-San Jacinto Board of Realtors®. Together the area of coverage spans Orange and parts of Los Angeles County, as well as the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley.

Access the SoCalMLS Database
|
MRMLS subscribers may access the SoCal MLS database utilizing two methods.
To obtain a pass codes follow these instructions:
*Pass codes change monthly
- For access, log-in to Matrix Login
- Click on the "Help" tab next to the logout tab
- Click on the link "MLS Reciprocal Passwords"

Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says "So Cal MLS"
Here you can obtain the website address, user ID and Login code
Or
Going through the MLS Alliance by following these steps:
- Going to sca.mlsalliance.com
- Click on Southern California Login
- Click on Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc.
- Enter YOUR Public and YOUR Private ID and click on Login

Reciprocal Listings
|
Tri-Counties AOR will input your listing directly into the SoCaLMLS database.
Instructions:
Step 2:
Complete the Credit Card Authorization Form
Step 3: Fax both completed forms to Tri Counties AOR at 909-594-7156.
You may also request that Tri Counties AOR fax or email you the required Listing Input/Credit Authorization Forms!
Please allow 24-48 hrs for processing.

Listing Changes
|
To submit a change to a listing that you have reciprocated to SoCalMLS:
Step 1:
Download the Pending Sold Report Form or MLS Change Form.
Step 2: Fax the completed Listing Change Form to Tri-Counties at 909-594-7156.
Please allow 24-48 hrs for processing.

Fees
|
Input fee: $25 (Includes one photo)
Additional photos: $5 (per photo)
Please select one of the following options on the Credit Card Authorization Form:
- Email your photo to tricophotos@rpartner.net. (.jpg format only!)
- Copy your MRMLS listing photo and use it for the SoCalMLS listing.
- Submit the photo via CD, floppy or hard copy.

Supra Key & Lockbox Access Information
|
|
As a member of the Tri Counties AOR, your Supra Key and Lockboxes are compatible in most areas of SoCalMLS
with the exception of those cities cover by the Southland Regional Association. To view a list of the SoCalMLS
