Bylaws | Amendment Notice to Members
Dear Tri-Counties Members:
Pursuant to the current Bylaws, the Board of Directors hereby provide you with a Notice of Bylaw changes that will take place immediately. Should you have any questions, concerns or comments, please notify the Association of those concerns immediately.
On March 26, 2019, the Association’s Board of Directors approved several mandatory Amendments and those cannot be contested.
The Board also approved changes to the Bylaws particularly Article X, which deals Election of Directors. In order to streamline the voting procedure and provide for qualified members. The proposed change is follows:
