This virtual forum brings together policy leaders and housing experts, including featured speaker Alexia Smokler, to unpack federal housing legislation, state funding priorities, and the real-world implications for underserved communities. Together, we’ll explore how federal policy trickles down to states, how California’s investments shape local markets, and what REALTORS® need to know to better serve Indigenous and veteran households.

Provides members with legal information, updates, and opportunities for discussion on issues and questions affecting real estate practice and their day-to-day business.

As part of a pilot program, C.A.R. is offering select Forums in a virtual format to expand opportunities for member engagement.
